Dr Lowe used her Brilliant, Clinical Skills, and restored my vision after being mismanaged by another local Opthamologist.Dr Lowe quickly assessed me, and was able to develop my treatment plan, before I could be assessed by a Retinal Specialist, who entirely agreed with Dr Lowe’s Diagnosis.Palm Beach County is Blessed to have such a great Opthamologist.

Ms. Lowe does not care for people in a respectful or courteous manner. She is inconsiderate of people’s time, and leaves you at the mercy of her will because her time is more valuable and important than everyone else. The office staff are rude and unprofessional. Imagine a room of cackling witches, and that’s what you will find in Lowe’s office. It’s time for this Lowe life to retire.

I have family that has went to the this doctor came out blind after procedures. My mother had a doctors appointment today once family told her what happened to them she called the office advise the appointment holder why she didn’t want to come and that she would like to cancel the appointment though appointment holder told me that my mom is going to be blind either way if she comes to this doctor or not and disconnected the call while I was trying to speak. We have family that is currently suing this office.

Staff was professional professional office was clean organized and they had a good rapport with the doctor she was very thorough and knew her medical for eyes

I LOVE Dr. Lowe. She is very well known throughout the medical community as being highly skilled and knowledgeable. Dr. Lowe has shown me such compassion, even to answer my call on a Saturday and let me come into her "closed" office for an emergency exam. I have to say that I am very disappointed. I took my relative for a post op appointment. Staff was dressed in sweatpants and flip flops. Paper charts were falling off the shelves with papers everywhere. Exam rooms were very dirty with boxes, tarps, and tape holding chairs together. This was so agredious that I took pictures. As a fellow health care provider, I was embarrassed. We also waited over an hour as the doctor was not even present. She herself was very nice and seemed knowledgeable.

too many patients at one time, office personnel argue with each other,rooms are junkie, if your appt.is 1:00 pm your lucky if you leave out by 4:00 pm good luck!
