Won't listen to you or see you as a person
Referred to her for surgery consults. When speaking to her I complained the pain in several areas. I asked begged for diagnostics to be done on all the areas to rule out anything and everything as I have been in a lot of pain for several months. She refused, stating flipidly that she knew where the pain was coming from and if I wanted surgery for it she could fix it. Who would actually go through surgery without having any diagnostic done on the area to know for sure. I called the week later complaining of advancing pain in that area and asking if the diagnostic she did order would look at that, I was told it wouldn't and then if I wanted a diagnostic there I had to schedule another consult with her and then she would order it. Unbelievable! I don't know if I'll even go back to the Cleveland Clinic after that experience.

COMPETENT
She must be competent as I survived surgery by her but I must admit she has the bedside manner of Dr Kevorkian.
