Dr. Cathleen Li, DO

She would always giggle, she examined me in the chair, not on the bed. Would leave the room several times during the visit. Never explained labs or listened. Was very vague. Pharmacy sent over a request for a refill and nothing was done with it. Had to get the insurance involved. In February of this year I had an appointment, and she cancelled it, for alleged maternity leave. Didn't arrange for another doctor to take over. I went 9 months without a check up, where I was going every 3 months for diabetes and other issues. Getting refills in between was difficult. Her license expired in July, but she managed to renew it.

She will only have appointments 3 months out. And then she will CANCEL on you the day before the appointment- after you've taken the day off from work. They will then reschedule you a month ahead AGAIN. TERRIBLE office and unfriendly. Never again.

Dr. Li makes recommendations without first assessing the situation. She does not ask the questions and as a result misinforms her patients. This is from personal experience.

Dr li is my new primary doctor i was seeing dr Thomas for over 10 years and due to her moving i chose dr li to be my new doctor. She is proactive and i believe she has taken me and my issues with my health very seriously, right away she ordered me tests she has adjusted my meds and eliminated one med all together that i was being prescribed for years. I was beyond happy about that. I would recommend all of my loved ones to dr li, i trust her with mine and my family’s health

Dr Li is my primary doctor and I see her at the Whittier location at the bright medical building. I was seeing Dr Thomas before for 10 years however she moved out of state. I have to say Dr Li was Thorough and listened to all of my woe's. She was kind and attentive. I highly recommend her as a primary physician.

Doctor did not seem to care much, did not address my true concern and did not explain or listen. Doctor seems very close minded too sure of herself rather conceited.
