She spent our entire telehealth appointment working out on a treadmill, which I found extraordinarily unprofessional. She didn't ask me any questions about my medical history, diagnoses, or prescriptions. I said that I wanted to work on my insomnia and ADHD, and she immediately lectured me about some very specific rules that I absolutely had to be following for the rest of my life (never go to bed after 10, stop doing anything productive at 8, wake up at 4 or 5 in the morning to finish work). The advice itself wasn't bad or entirely unhelpful, but I found it odd that she didn't ask for any background information about my experience with insomnia or why I experience it besides what time I am currently going to bed. While talking about nutrition, she said that sugar is 'poison' and 'responsible for all chronic illnesses,' which confirmed to me that she's one of those overly holistic doctors who's not going to be compatible with my history of personal shame and obsessive overthinking.

I needed help with something urgent when it came to my medication and it took days for someone to get back with me. I called today and Alexa answered the phone and helped me within 30 minutes and solved the problem fast and efficiently and I was amazed by her I just needed to let everyone know about her

She is kind, patient, listens well, no complaints at all

You call and leave messages and no one returns the calls. So children to days without meds. Has never returned a call

Horrible office. They let patients go days between med refills and you leave a voicemail and they do not return calls. Please seek medical care elsewhere. Mental health meds should not be skipped.

So rude and aggressive. It saddens me that a woman like her is allowed to practice medicine. She was very judgemental and hostile during my visit.
