Did nothing worthless
Telehealth
Don't do telehealth with this person wasted 3 hours of my time through Amazon telehealth to be told due to my medical history she couldn't help me. I have no medical history I have a sinus infection and was looking for antibiotics to treat it. I'll make a complaint to the medical board as well for that state. All this could been avoided now I get to go to the ER and wait half a day while sick. After waiting 3 hours that's the response that was given. Thank you for taking the time to complete our intake form. I've had a chance to review your information and medical and allergy history.Based on the information you provided, we are concerned for the following: Treatment is not appropriate given your medical historyWe recommend that you see an urgent care for further testing and treatment which we currently do not offer. Please do so as soon as possible.If you have insurance, find your nearest in-network provider through your insurance directory.
