Initial consultation was great. Went over my symptoms and we agreed to do a colonoscopy and endoscopy. After procedure she said she would call me in a week. After calling her office her staff said that she noted that everything was great, removed two polps and see you in 10 years.!!!!!! I told the office to have her call me. When she finally did(left 2 messages) she was rumbling threw my records when she asked what my symptoms were. She basically did not look at my records before she did the procedures. In fact my new GI doctor stated that as well. She never touched on the area where my pain is. DO NOT USE. I spent a fortune in medical bills and go NO WHERE with her

This review is for both Dr. Minano and the office staff. We hand an appointment for my father today. Waited for over 30 minutes in the exam room for the Doctor, with no luck. Informed the office staff that we were leaving and they were indifferent, the only explanation was that Dr. Minano was busy with another patient. If that was the case, how hard would it have been for someone to inform us of this while we were waiting, and if she was infact tied up, give us the option to reschedule.
