Refreshingly honest
Dr. Spak was very transparent and I really appreciated his honesty and support. He makes the effort to speak in plain English.

One of the rudest physicians I’ve ever met. That’s not a good thing when you’re sent there for help. He wouldn’t let me finish 1 sentence, but he would spark off a lot freely talking about how didn’t want to help certain patients, his comic books. I couldn’t get a word in edgewise with a hammer, that’s not how patient history works, but he’ll literally make up your history for you and insult you before you can say hello. His whole rant from the door opening to him leaving should have been recorded and posted. Maybe he was having a really bad day, but something about him tells me that’s his usual demeanor. Did someone just break up with him? I don’t care. That was memorable. The Dr. said they would never refer to him again.

Dr. Spak came to the hospital late on a Sunday evening to see me. I was about a day away from being in bad shape. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Spak. He got me well when nobody else could figure out what to do. He is knowledgeable and was patient and kind with my husband and me.

I have never met a more inconsiderate and rude physician. If you can't provide decent customer service to your patients, maybe you shouldn't be a servant to the public.

Tried for two days to get someone too answer the phone... to no avail. Yet, all the info I could find about this group of physicians says they have just one phone number to call. Very disappointing. If you need fast response to schedule this ain't the place.

Meh, seems like he knows what he’s talking about- but has a total used car salesman vibe. I get the heebs, you know? I’m going to say that you should try to find another Infectious disease specialist.

I asked him to check my infusion medication for accuracy and he actually told me that wasn't his responsibility.
