Office staff is very friendly! That’s about the only thing positive I can say. Had an appt. in October which I waited months to get only to have appt cancelled an hour before. I got in a week later and he LITERALLY spent 4 minutes with me! I’ve had a sore throat and swollen glands for almost a year and he literally just prescribed an antibiotic and told me to come back in a month. Looked at my throat for maybe 10 seconds! He seemed like I was a bother and rushed right through. Go to Guthrie or Upstate- worth the drive!

I read a lot of unfair reviews regarding Dr. Dionisio. I decided to make up my own mind before judging him. During our consult he was friendly, and informative, and I left the office with only good vibes. He recently performed surgery on my son and was excellent. He answered any questions I had, and was able to calm all of my concerns. He is very knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

He was amazing! After going to a doctor who did nothing for me for 5 months, he saw me and said that I had Cronic tonsillitis, said they need to come out ASAP put me on an anti biotics for two weeks and the next week I had my tonsils removed! He was quick and right to the point! So appreciative for him! Yes recovery is not easy as an adult, but he’s the reason I won’t have any more issues!!! He also had done my nephews surgery about a year ago! So thankful for him! Fully recommend him!

My experience was not good. He seemed to rush; not give me answers. Was rude and said he did "NOT know the answers because he was a surgeon." How can he be called an ENT? Would NOT recommend him to anyone.

Bad doctor. Cover his back, instead of trying to help his patients.

Dr. Dionisio and his entire staff are the most helpful and efficient team I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. They can actually schedule their patients and they even go that extra mile to deal with insurance companies, alleviating a lot of stress. I saw him on the 9th got a CT scan the following week and had my operation the 26th. It took less than a month for Dr. dionisio to figure out a problem that went unsolved by others for 5+ years. I am impressed.

Went to see Dr. Dionosio regarding difficulty swallowing and soreness in throat. He found a growth, did a biopsy and referred me a doctor in Syracuse for surgery. He was professional, straight forward and courteous. He was also compassionate with my wife when giving her information.

very easy to get an appt with, thought it was great, but the reason for the open appt's is this doctor is that bad. Wouldn't give me antibiotics, wouldn't treat me, did nothing for me despite a CT Scan that showed I had infection in 5/8 sinus' and a mastoid air cell infection in my ear. He's more worried about legally protecting himself and other doctors than he is about patient welfare. Called me to reschedule my appt, gave me the fax # to call back, then left the phone off the hook for 10 min.
