Horrible bedside manner
Never got my chart, and started questioning my disabilities. If you're on any meds thst are even low dose, he makes you feel like you have issues. Any depression issues aren't real to him, thats how I felt. I had one visit and didn't go back. People want to be heard not talked down to.

Do not see this man u struggle with mental illness
This man was horrible to me when I was transferred to him from my pediatric therapist to continue my medication for ADHD. His notes stated in my medical records that 'patient w ill have to try harder and do better if they wanted to continue being treated for ADHD' because I didnt have my driver's license and I wasn't going to college at 19 years old. I'm still disgusted by this man's behavior towards me I can't believe he is still working at the same place too.

I am very pleased with Dr. Bates. He takes care of me and my mother. He takes what I say seriously and follows through with any issues I have. He always listens and is polite. My husband sits in on some of my visits and he is impressed with him as a physician.

Ive been very disappointed in my dealings with Dr Bates and company. I felt very uncomfortable with some of his suggestions. Then Im pretty upset with the way that they have dealt with my billing!!!!! The Call back after they said they would never happened even after calling back and leaving messages!!! I got my annual physical that was free with my insurance and I got a bill for $575. I called to get it fixed and the lady in billing act like she didnt want to deal with it.
