Has taken on too many patients and can’t give patients the level of care they deserve.

Dr. Jackson has been my urologist for over 12 years. I've always trusted him and never had any kind of problem with his care.

Dr Jackson has been great to work with. He is very aggressive in treatment. He explains everything that is going on and will need to happen. I feel very positive and blessed to have him in my corner. His nurse is also amazing. They are very caring people. I have never had to wait long periods of time to be seen either. They are very efficient but give you all the time you need.

Even though the staff has prepped and you are laying on the table you he always bends over and looks you in the face and says hello and asks how you are doing before starting any thing. He is compassionate and caring and we joke around to relieve the tension and anxiety. He is a wonderful man and physician

Dr. Jackson provided the results of my tests in language I could understand.

I first encountered Dr. Jackson through the ER with two kidney stones. I am very thankful that he was assigned to me that day. Three months later, I have another kidney stone. He is very kind and does a wonderful job. I trust him completely.

I have been seeing DrJackson for 7 years. He initially saw me as emergency from an infection. I’ve been returning for prostate and stone issues ever since. He’s always been courteous, professional, and willing to devote whatever time is necessary to solve my issues. He’s always willing to listen, discuss, and explain as necessary. Great doctor!

I will not recommend Dr Jackson I was Misdiagnosed by Dr Jackson with having an Over Active Bladder, he prescribed medication which did not help continued having issues that weren't resolved almost a yr dealing with this, had a 2nd opinion on 6/20/19 test were completed found out I have Type 1 diabetes glucose level was 3,000 A1C 13 Dr was surprised I had not had a stroke, heart attack or gone into a diabetic coma with God's Grace I'm here to write this review. I asked Dr Jackson 1st thing when I came to him if he thought I may have diabetes and he said no. I'm one of the fortunate now headed in the right direction 2nd opinions are necessary for quality of life

Dr jackson is amazing and knows exactly what hes doing . he always asking questions . It took a couple visits but he finally figured out why I couldn't release all my fluid or urine I had something that was in my uterus that was keeping me from releasing all my urine so he had me go to an OB and I had to have a full hysterectomy because I had fibroids not just 1 but 2 so I'm glad Dr Jackson found out what was wrong with me . i feel so much better even though the surgery was rough , im doing good

Dr Chad Jackson..... I had MAJOR issues diagnosed with Interstitial Cystitis years ago) and went to many Dr's before going to him. Now that I've been, I will NEVER go to another Urologist as long as he's in business, I don't care how far I have to drive. All of the staff is just as amazing as he is!!! His nurse Tracy is PHENOMENAL!! He's a life changing Dr!!! I broke down crying the first time I went, he was so kind and caring and really wanted to help me get better. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
