Very Disappointed with lack of treatment dignity a
Ponders Office’s Five years ago (2017) my Partner chose this office for Our Healthcare. my partners PA , suggestion was for me to be referred to the Osteopathic due to shoulder pain. My first visit with the doctor, I mentioned issues with my neck & shoulders. After my visit, I was given a sample bottle of Cholesterol medication. I took the Cholesterol meds & got very sick & I called the doctor & his recommendation was to go to the Emergency-room or drink plenty of water. My visits afterwards, were where I would be asked if there was anything new, leaving me with the thoughts that the doctor didn’t want to address my issues/pains with me or do anything about the situation concerning my neck & shoulder. Leaving me in the dark about such an important issue to me. I seriously needed help to cope with the severe pain I was experiencing on a daily basis. Noticing a chiropractor bed in the office made the fact that I wasn’t being treated with dignity and respect & ignored more intense

I just recently started with Dr. Nyland after searching for a good PCP doctor with a great staff. Took a while to find him, but unlike my experiences with previous doctors: his office answers right away, scheduling is easy, it's easy to contact his nurse and the nurse answers right away any questions or addresses issues with my insurance, the doctor takes his time and addresses ALL the issues you may have in the order you told him. He is very knowledgable and compassionate. And I could go on..
