Did not address my issue.
Could not see/find my concern.... then told me to make a second appointment ?? (I DID NOT ) Bill was twice what it should have been. Went to another doctor at another (well known) practice, he immediately saw what I was talking about, and told me what he thought. His bill was less than half of Dr. Secor's, and medicare "took back" 80% of what they had paid Dr. Secor's office... That should tell you what medicare thought...!

Dr. Secor is Fantastic!
I was referred to Dr. Secor for what I thought was a swollen lymph node, but turned out to be a benign tumor in my neck. He was direct with answers for my many pre and post-surgery questions, which I very much appreciate. I am very happy with my experience with Dr. Secor and am confident that I will continue to receive expert care from him.

I have been having pain in the side of my tongue. As soon as s I open my mouth he said your mouth is a mess!!! I was a single mom for 20 years. I lived paycheck to paycheck. I have alot of teeth missing. He grabbed my tongue and hardly looked at it. I felt like a punching bag. I was supposed to go back for a different reason. I cancelled. Who wants to pay a doctor to be rude and find out nothing?

Went to see Dr. Secor for dizziness and headache. When I arrived I was given a hearing test. Dr Secor said I had some ringing in my ears called Tinnitus and started to leave. I ask him about the sines and headache that I had make the appointment for and he said no need to check because he had read the other doctors notes and he agreed. The other doctors were the ones that sent me to him to confirm or not. What a waist of money and time. Need to find a new ENT

Please find ANY OTHER ENT practice. Dr. Secor is the most unprofessional, uncaring, and arrogant MD I have ever encountered. His staff was cold and inappropriate. No regard for pain or dignity. He refused to perform a procedure during my hospitalization at Baptist East unless I came to his office. Hospital staff stated he could have been accommodated there. He did not allow time for local anesthesia to take affect. His manner was harsh and abrupt. His staff made no effort to provide comfort. If the hospital refers this practice, request another.

Very basic. I did not find him to be well informed. He is probably fine if the patient presents with something common.

Doesn’t listen. Doesn’t explain things very well. I’ve always waited for long periods of time to be seen and once he arrives, I feel rushed through the appointment. I had one bad experience with this doctor, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Everybody has bad days. But after having the same type of experience a second time, I won’t be back. On a positive note, the office staff are very nice.
