Nowadays, it’s becoming harder to find a doctor one can trust in the mainstream conveyor medicine. However, Dr, Yukus surpassed all our best expectations with his caring, thorough and knowledgeable expertise. One doesn’t come often across such a dedication to a patient’s health as is given by Dr. Yukus. Thank you!

I like Dr. Yucus a lot - he seems like a caring man. But the system built around him is unwieldy. You wait on hold for 15 minutes to leave a message and God forbid you are on the phone when the return call comes from his nurse; you are back in the "Your hold time is....17 minutes". Really hard to be on hold that long with a loved one who is cognitively challenged. You can leave a message for him in the portal but it goes into the permanent medical record and any hospital staffer can see it (be careful what you say). Some of this difficulty might be COVID related but it is cruel to put a caregiver in the position of not being able to talk to the doctor.

I wish all of my medical providers were on the same level as Dr. Yucus. He discusses issues, treatments, medications, etc in a very thoughtful, understanding manner. He provides time, and I never feel rushed like I do at some medical providers. I highly recommend Dr. Yucus. His knowledge and understanding of cognitive issues has been very helpful to me.

I am now living in CA and last saw Dr. Yucus in 2013. I wish that here on the Central Coast of CA (which includes Santa Barbara), I could find someone who was as thorough and focused as Dr Yucus. In a recent rereading of his extensive report on my consult visits, it was clear to me why I rate him 5 stars. The Glenview Neuro office was fairly new when I visited him in July 2013 so the wait for an appointment probably has increased. Each visit was over 1 hr. A lot of drs.over my life. A 5 star
