From the beginning Dr. Malempati’s office was very prompt and speedy to get my husband in to help him get relief from his pain. He could not have asked for better quick recovery and care. We recommend Dr. Malempati to anyone.

My surgery went great. Had very little pain. Dr. Malempati did a fabulous job! Would highly recommend.

He completed rotator cuff repair on both of my shoulders. Easy to work with and schedule. Pain medication refills were on time and no hassles. Finally, a doctor that won't let you sit in pain because they're scared to prescribe meds. 5 STAR!!!

Dr. Malempati is a very knowledgeable and talented surgeon. He has a wonderful bedside manner and would highly recommend as an orthopedic. He did a successful ulnar nerve release and I am pain free for the first time in years. He diagnosed my son with little league arm and was very compassionate and caring.

Dr. Malempati is wonderful. I came in with a boxers fracture and the bone of the pinky was at the surface of the hand. I initially was seen by another provider in which just wanted to splint it for four weeks. After those four weeks we were unsatisfied about the bone being right below the surface and how the bones were fusing together, so that doctor requested Dr Malempati's opinion and he recommended surgery to realign the bones. Within the next day or two we we're in the operating room getting realigned. I have never been comfortable with male doctors but Dr Malempati was very comfortable to talk with and answered any questions and concerns with clarity. We didn't feel rushed in or out of any appointments we've had with him. We highly recommend Dr Malempati for any Orthopedic needs. Fantastic Doctor.

I had Cartiheal surgery done on my left knee it was great I healed fast Dr Malempati was amazing

The doctor came into the room talking about my wife needing a total knee replacement, when we were there because she had a broken leg. We had to remind him of that. He went back and looked at the x-rays and said, yep you're right, she does. Instead of giving a proper knee brace, he ordered a boot and a walker for her and said to walk around. We were from out of state and as soon as we got back home, we went and saw our own orthopedic doctor. He said that she actually had two breaks and should NOT be walking on it at all for the next month. If she hadn't listened to her own body and not walked on it; as Dr. Malempati had prescribed, she could have knocked it out of alignment and then required surgery to correct it. I wouldn't recommend this doctor at all.

Had to have complete rotator cuff reconstruction, 3 months out with minimal problems, some stiffness after therapy but that's expected in the strength reconditioning, Dr Malempati has always answered and been there during my recovery process

I have been a patient of Dr. Malempati for 5 years now and have chronic bad knees which has resulted in 6 surgeries (4 by him).The last surgery I had was a cartilage replacement surgery to fix a grade 4 cartilage tear. After 3 months I am off pain meds and finally don't have dehabilitating pain everyday. He is a great doctor who truly listens and works with the patient for the best results.

Dr. Malempati did a MPFL reconstruction and meniscus repair on my knee in March. I was very apprehensive about this surgery but he put me at ease, answered all my questions and for the first time in years, I don’t have knee pain. He’s my top choice for an Orthopedic Surgeon!

Four months ago I severely injured my shoulder. This injury required me to have a reverse shoulder replacement. Dr. Malempati, his staff, and Med. Center Health were very efficient & professional. I was well informed prior to my surgery & my progress following my surgery has been superb.

Malempati repaid my meniscus on my left knee. Being the second surgery on that knee (15 years apart) I am extremely happy with the outcome of my surgery.

Dr. Malempati knew exactly how to fix my fractures and gave me a detailed explanation of the procedure he would use immediately upon my initial exam. he was very professional and easy to get my questions answered.

After experiencing the runaround with the doctor. I was seeing, I contacted Dr. Melpati’s office. I believe believe I slide on a Monday and surgery was scheduled for the following Friday. Surgery was longer than he anticipated. I came home and never really felt any pain. My shoulder and arm has healed nicely and I don’t regret having this procedure done. I would highly recommend this doctor.
