Ruined my sisters life
Dr. Vemuri did a AAA and it was the beginning of the end for her. Her kidneys shut down and she was on dialysis for over 4 months than later had to have another surgery to install a mesh to support the abdomen. She would of had a much better quality of life if she never had the AAA.

Dr.Vemuri is great. He listened to is, he explained the procedure, did the very rare vein graft procedure, and made sure I stayed in the hospital until we all felt confident that I wish be ok at home. That part was awesome, because I was told I'd only be there for 3 days.I was there for 7. After coming home, some stitches popped open due to the pressure from a hematoma. The hole got bigger and I got a staph infection. Dr.Vemuri and his staff took better care of me from 3 hours away than my new PCP who is 35 minutes away. So we're actually driving to the opposite side of Michigan for wound care, rather than 35 minutes to the PCP, because I have complete faith and trust in Dr.Vemuri.

This doctor does not follow AMA code of ethics, denies 2nd opinion requests, is extremely egotistical and arrogant.
