I met with Dr. Park twice, Love her NP! My problem is with the billing department. I have insurance and have been receiving the same bill for $270 for the past 7 months. I called Jefferson (at least 6 times) & spoke to Timothy. I was told that Adam, the office manager would call me back. Adam hasn't called! When I called my insurance, they said that Jefferson never ran the claim, thus the bill. I called Jefferson AGAIN today and was told to expect a call from Adam... still no call.
