Best PCP I've encountered
She was the PCP for my SMI brother and myself. During Her early days she was the only one who would take the time to listen to my brother. She was not afraid to perform in office procedures on the spot. Most p c ps will make you rescheduled to come back for a separate procedure time. Even for something as small as slicing open a cyst. If you have ever been to MHC you know they make the doctors get you out in 15 min. Dr Chen never made us feel that way. I suspect the unreal expectations of 15 min visits with patients is what caused her to leave. I see why MHC would cause any PCP to leave.!

Need a new Primary Care Physician (PCP)?
If you are looking for an excellent Primary Care Physician (PCP) look no further. Dr Chen does things that are difficult to find in today’s healthcare system. She listens and takes time with you. It is clear that your health issues are her primary concern at each and every appointment. She intentionally does not have 2,000 plus patients to maintain as almost every PCP in a medical practice does in today’s healthcare system. She is part of the MDVIP program which is well worth the added annual patient cost. We cannot say enough good things about her abilities from a patient’s perspective.

This doctor has Horrible bed side manners and should not be a doctor. She argues about her staff in front of you. She seems not to know what to diagnose you with but to just hand over lots of prescription meds. She is always in a hurry, and does not let you talk. The rooms are very dirty and the wait time is very long. Make it easy on yourself and do your research before coming to this place or to this doctor.
