Working with Dr. Lichtash was a game changer
I am 71 years old and thought I could never hope to reach my goal weight. I have spent a lifetime battling my weight and my emotional eating. I had been through years of therapy, and I came to Dr. Lichtash when at the end of my rope and with little hope. Dr. Lichtash has changed my life. She has remarkably helped me lose weight without struggle. My emotional hunger no longer drives me. I am truly grateful for her genius.

Dr. Lichtash helped me tremendously when I have failed every other weight loss program that I have ever tried. She has changed my life for better and has given me hope. She is truly a blessing in my life.

I have been to see Dr. Lichtash three times as my primary doctor retired and I needed a new GP. Unfortunately, I made a poor choice. She has been extremely disrespectful of my time in that every time I have seen her without fail she has been an hour or more late for my appt. She overbooks/overschedules and while she is apologetic, it is not respectful of my time (or others) and I am never informed of her lateness until I'm already in her office waiting on a table.
