Dr Courtsal is not accepting new patients according to the appointment secretary. Very disappointed as I used to go to him when I lived in the Rochester, NY area. Just came back after being out of state for 10 years and now can’t see him as a patient. He was the most caring, knowledgeable and best doctor I ever had.

Best doctor on the planet. He has a wonderfully pleasant 'bedside' manner with his patients. I feel better just being in his presence. Anybody who meets him, loves him. He is a very kind, down to earth, individual with a wonderful sense of humor besides his vast knowledge of medicine, of course.
