Masterclass in How Not to Speak to a Patient
This man essentially stormed into an ultrasound in progress to berate me (the patient) for wasting his and everyone's time with an exam that I didn't need. I tried to explain the rationale behind my specialist's order and was pretty much shouted into silence. Fellow patients, keep your guard up.
