Very good doctor
Dr. Hartley is very engaging, a good listener and very smart! I know because I have assisted him on many procedures. He takes his time and never rushes you! I always look forward to our visits!BK

Abrupt Manner. Poor communication
I have no idea about the level of medical care that this doctor could have provided for my mom. All I know is that Hartley walked in and looked at her chart ,barely looked at me or at her, his patient. He did not listen to her lungs or examine her at all. He walked out of the room without saying what was going on. We will look for another pulmonary specialist.

Very poor experience
Terrible bedside manner, only saw me for 10 minutes, misdiagnosed pneumonia as cancer and heavily pressured my family to make me a DNR!
