The waiting room is dark and hot. Doctor is never on time for appointments. The longest I have waited is 3 hours after my appointment time just for the doctor to show up to the clinic. Due to insurance I have to go through Doctor for referrals ,I have waited over 9 months and ran out of medicine due to the doctor refusing to refill Medicine. Some of my medical files have been lost that I brought from other doctor 's offices. Doctor has never ordered lab work for wellness check up or answered any of my questions.

worst Drs office ive ever been to. i take medication that needs to be renewed monthly and in the last 12 months my perscription have been inccorrect every time. when asked to fix them its been a hassle to het them fixes and ive had to go 2 weeks on more than 1 occasion without my meds. this place is horrible

Can't ever get in touch with them, never get a call back, incompetent clinic staff, corrected my number three times in their system and it STILL isn't correct, frequently drop my calls or refuse to answer altogether.

When I went to see Dr Charles Louis for health conditions NOT related to my deafness, he was not appropriate. Everytime I saw him, he made a big deal out of my deafness, culminating in his telling me I was not really Deaf the last time I saw him! I told him, yes I am Deaf and have been so since birth. I have the audiograms to prove it. When I called to complain to the manager, I was told I did NOT need to provide proof. The result was a switch to a nurse practitioner (APRN).
