I am a former urologist at Harper and Receiving hospital from 2014-2016. Every week it was my pleasure to interact with Dr Lucas on his surgery days and I got to experience his wonderful, blessed skill as a trauma and critical specialist. He is literally the Father of Trauma surgery in the USA. He is meritorious of every award that can be bestowed upon a surgeon. His character, intellect, kindness, skill are 24/7 exemplary. It has been my honor to sit by him and learn to be a better surgeon

I was referred to Dr. Lucas in 2014 by another surgeon and was worried because no one knew what was wrong with me. Within a few minutes of examining me, he knew what was wrong!! He set up a test for me and once confirmed he performed surgery on me. At first I was worried about the Doctors age but what you get is decades of experience and talent!! I am forever grateful to him!

Dr. Lucas used my mother like an experiment. She was blinded by his eloquence and candor. The surgery he performed on her resulted in a slow progressing Cirrhosis, which killed her suddenly 20 years later. After investigation, it was determined that she had it for so many years and it was the result of the surgery. It went u detected by so many doctors. I'll never forgive nor recommend anyone to a doctor that treats patients like an experiment. I wish I had the money to sue him for all he has.
