Dr Mangano was my Father's cardiologist for many years before my daddy passed away in 1996. I also worked with Dr. Mangano at times on the cardiology floor at Wake Med. I can sincerely report that he is a wonderful and caring physician who practiced throughout his career with the utmost professionalism and excellence.

Lots of chit chat and a check of my heart with a stethoscope was enough to tell me I'm healthy and have no problems. No other tests needed nor any history from my PCP. Really? He's retiring this month and it felt like it.
