I'm very sick. Obtaining care during Covid has been difficult. Unreasonably long hold times with this provider. Staff is rude. Had previously been referred to Dr. May but couldn't see him due to insurance. They're refusing a new appointment because I cancelled my previous one. I guess I'll just have to die.

First visit he acted like he was concerned and after that he was rude and act as if you had to convince him that you are sick. I have requested my medical records on several occasions however when I see him he claim he has never recurved them but the front office has verified twice that they received them. I went in a lot of pain, rash on my face that he said it wasn’t Lupus even though I have been diagnosed with Lupus from a previous doctor. He has terrible beside manners and I wouldn’t take my dog to get treatment from him. I think it is time for him to retire. The office staff and medical assistants, nurse ect are very nice and respectful. I went back to him thinking I would give him another chance and maybe he was just having a bad day. However, today was the same treatment.

Excellent practitioner who diagnosed my condition with a thorough assessment listening intently to symptoms experienced for over 2 years not found by z4 other physicians. The labs confirmed his dx. I've been his patient for over 3 years and greatly appreciate the time he gives me at each appt. I have referred 4 friends and will continue to send more. As a nurse, I have worked at 3 University teaching hospitals living in the south in nurse management. I know excellence in MDs.
