Dr. Charles Menz, MD

Worst care I ever received by a doctor in my life. I would not recommend seeing this doctor or anyone associated with his practice.

I had a appointment with Dr. Menz and was suffering severe diarrhea. I had to wait 45 minutes to see him. As ordered, I submitted a stool sample the next day and had an ultrasound one week later. I was never contacted by the doctor with the results. I sent them an email on their portal, and never heard anything. I went in 5 weeks later and asked for a copy of my file. All test results were in there but no one had ever contacted me and the doctor never prescribed anything for my problem.

I got my colonoscopy done the day after valanetines day so February 15th. I have tried to make a follow up appointment to get my results and to see the next step but I have been cancelled on 5 times and now I have an appointment with him on April 19th and have waited 1 and a half hours to see him and I am still waiting. I am a little upset with the doctor because I am in pain and there is nothing I can do about it.

I only have a couple complaints about my colonoscopy with Dr. Menz: it took forever to get the results. I was told to wait one week but it took a month. My husband had the same experience several years ago. His office staff did not return my calls with questions promptly. When I called again I was told something to the effect of: "Well, I'm here now. What is your question? No apology. A colonoscopy can be a scary experience. I would have appreciated quicker results and more empathy from staff
