He missed 2 major issues including a hole in my urethra. It wasn’t until I went elsewhere that these issues were discovered. This delayed treatment and caused unnecessary pain for a year. Also Dr Moss was patronizing. Cannot recommend.

Arrogant naraisti patient care no care. Hands shaking. I husband was to go into surgery. Already in the operating roim. Canceled surgery 5 minutes before. The most unprofessional Dr I have ever seen. I would not let my dog near him.

Absolutely awful experience. Arrogant bedside manner and sloppy in reviewing medical history and intake forms. Insisted I took a medication I did not, while only referring me back to my physician so they can refer me to a place Dr. Moss himself can refer to. I would not send my family or friends to him. Do not waste your time!

The staff is so helpful and friendly. Phone all the same day I was referred and They were able to get me in the next business day! vs other specialists in town who gave me 3-4 week wait time when dealing with kidney stone pain. My calls were returned, my info was processed quickly, doctor was fantastic at listening to me and answering questions. Prescribed me the meds that will help and treated my pain as a concern, which others have not!! Amazing

Absolutely the worst experience with a physician ever. Dirty, unsanitary wait area. Broken, outdated furniture. 3 hour wait to have the Dr. only spend 10 minutes time & do NOTHING when we were referred here by another Dr. AND those 10 minutes cost $150 which we paid in cash, IN FULL. Are you SERIOUS! Absolutely NO Bedside Manner. 10 MINUTES? This is a real issue as my son is in severe pain! Some days he cannot even stand. He brought his scans, you could not have had time to view all his info.

Dr. Moss performed a surgical procedure which I only reluctantly accepted. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and takes the necessary time to completely explain the procedure. He has outstanding surgical skills and the surgery went well, recovery was quick and without complications and the outcome is more positive than had been hoped for. I would strongly recommend this professional to any person experiencing urological problems requiring surgery.
