Dr. Charles Munyon, MD

I cannot begin to tell you what an amazing doctor he is. He has changed my life or should I say given me a new life I suffered with pain for over 12 years. Taking pain medication have no quality of life. Dr. Mun put a stimulator in my face for my try general neuropathy and it worked. What else could I say. Thank you for letting me be pain-free and changing my quality of life from poor to amazing and can I not say enough about his assistant Tara too was amazing. She made me feel like Family took time with me. No hurries. I almost at one time felt like a sister to me. I cannot thank you enough. May God bless you and continue your great work Victoria.

Never allow this to be done. Your life is over. No driving..no working..your brain ..language..your sleep and memory is screwed up for the rest of your life.. no one tells you all the pain. Confusing and in of life events that can happen. Run faraway as you can from that surgeon. He never told all the picture. My life is ruin.

After an MVA and having severe head and spinal cord injuries, I saw Dr. Munyon many times. He competently went over the diagnostics with me and explained in great detail what was going on with my body and the injuries I had sustained. He managed my care and did a good job in doing so. There came a point where I was steadily deteriorating and needed spinal surgery. I had received 2 outside opinions about this surgery from other neurosurgeons. They all agreed with Dr. Munyon. When the time came where I could not take it anymore with the deterioration and needed my damaged spine preserved, Dr. Munyon changed course from surgery and referred me to some pain management specialist. I don't know if he was frightened at the possible surgical outcome, or if my case was just too complicated. He actually abandoned me after months and seeing him. I ended up seeing another surgeon, had spinal surgery, which saved me from a wheelchair and took away a great deal of my bodily pain.

I had cervical neuropathy and hydrocephalus- he performed surgery for both and I am 99 percent better. Excellent physician!
