I had an injury to my left breast implant which was causing it to protrude out with the very thin skin holding it in, the right implant was ruptured which I was completely unaware of. I knew I needed very special care and an experienced surgeon. I had heard of Dr. Polsen through the years while working in the Clear Lake League City area. My previous doctor had told me I could not have another procedure and unable to have replacements. For several years I lived with the injuries unknowingly that the right breast was also very damaged and had ruptured which Dr. Polsen found during surgery. Under Dr. Polsen’s care with the injuries as bad as they were Dr. Polsen did an amazing job repairing and replacing my implants. My worry is finally gone living with the soreness and ugly scar tissue and risk of the implants damaging my body further. My surgery was a major success and my old implants were replaced and my new look amazing. Thank you Dr. Polsen, I am very grateful.

My first encounter with Dr Polsen was with a family members emergency double hand surgery, he saved the hands. I was so impressed with him and his staff that 4 years later I returned to have him work his magic on me. He performed a tummy tuck on me yesterday and again I was impressed with him and his OR staff. The results are impressive even with the expected swelling. I couldn?t be happier.

Dr.Polsen is a fantastic surgeon and his staff is wonderful. With any surgery you are very anxious and scared, he and his staff made me feel very comfortable and I always felt I was in good hands. I am so very happy with my results and the healing has gone very well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I feel like this has been a life changing surgery and so happy to say that Dr. Polsen and his staff have been a part of this journey.

Dr. Polsen and his staff were absolutely incredible. When faced with having to have a surgery I hadn't planned to have, they were supportive, reassuring and incredible in every way. They put my mind to ease, made me feel so comfortable, and I am extremely pleased with the results. I'm so thankful for this group.

I voiced my concerns about my tummy tuck results 3 times. Each time I was given the same response, that it was fat UNDER the muscle and told to lose 10-15 lbs and I should be fine. First, if I had been able to lose fat around the tummy area, I would not have needed the surgery. After l lost 8 lbs, I was given the same response for a 3rd time. I have since had a second AND third opinion, both of which agreed that it was definitely not fat under the muscle, and should have been removed during the surgery. I'm so sad and disappointed that I went through all the pain, not to mention the expense, only to have a "shelf" of fat above my incision. At some point I'll be able to save enough money to have the procedure corrected. Until then, shirts will stay untucked.

2 weeks ago I had explant surgery with a capsulectomy & a lift. 20 yrs ago I had implants put in by Dr. Polsen, so when I finally decided it was time to make a change, I knew that Dr. Polsen was the only doctor for me to return to. He continues to provide honest & thorough consults while making the patients feel completely comfortable. He & his staff are exceptional throughout the entire process. Dr. Polsen takes his time, is meticulous & has provided results that prove why once again I will will continue to use his for any procedure I have; and refer anyone I know to him! Seriously, do yourself a favor, set up a consult in this office!!!!!

Dr. Polsen is a spectacular surgeon! My results were beyond what I expected and I could honestly not be happier. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone there (including Dr. Polsen obviously) are incredibly honest and will tell you if a procedure is not right for you or if you really just don't need it; I think that is admirable because it demonstrates that they actually care about you and are not just looking to sell you something you don't need just to get more money. Anytime I talk to somebody that wants to get work done I always tell them to come see Dr. Polsen. Five stars, highly recommended, you will not be disappointed!

Dr. Polsen and his staff are fantastic! First, making an appointment was a very simple and quick process. Then, the moment I walked into the office, I was treated like I was part of the family. Everyone in the office is so welcoming and friendly! They treat you as if they've known you for years. They take the time to explain everything thoroughly and are very patient when answering any and all questions. I just cannot say enough great things about this team of caring professionals. And, that is totally beside the fact that I am beyond satisfied with the results! I had an upper blepharoplasty done, and I am thrilled with the results! I feel better and younger than I have in years due to the difference in makes in the appearance of my "forever tired" eyes that I had dealt with for so many years. My only regret is not have this procedure done sooner. Thank you to Dr. Polsen and his staff! I am forever grateful to you!! You Rock!

My daughter had rhinoplasty less than a week ago. Dr. Polsen did an amazing, stunning job! After the surgery, there was no bruising that we could see. She had no pain (no need for pain meds). Less than a week later, the swelling is so minimal too. My daughter is ecstatic over her now-perfect nose! Dr. Polsen, his nurses and all of his staff are top-notch! They are all genuinely kind, caring people who take pride in their work. My daughter was well taken care of every step of the way.

Saved my life I could not see my hands & feet were numb other plastic surgeon said that I was WRONG ...DR CHARLES POLSEN confirmed I had breast IMPLANT ILLNESS with both breast capsular contractures. This Dr. completely screwed up my nose. Totally arrogant, yet no talent as a surgeon. Overcharged me, didn't communicate with me about what he was going to do to my face. I can't even take pictures anymore because my nose looks so lopsided and just plain weird.
