My only experience was TRYING to schedule an appointment as my PCP instructed me to do. After much time on the phone and several disconnects I got a real human ... who chastised me for not knowing my PCP was supposed to fax a referral and some form to them .... She could NOT schedule an appointment without them. I will look elsewhere, VERY RUDE STAFF!

Dr. Randall was well informed about my medical history and had a very calming affect. He made me feel that he was interested in what was going on with me rather than just hurrying through the visit. I would highly recommend him and was very impressed with my care I received from him.

The medical service with bedside manner is very good and professional. The office and appointment process is a mess. So far this has been a 4-month process and I have yet to schedule a time to get my sleeping device. Calling in to get or confirm an appointment takes 15 to 25 min. When attending an appointment, make sure you ask them to have the results in before your follow up appointments. I have shown up only to wait for 50 mins for the sleep test results be faxed that for their review
