We love Dr. Ross and his staff. Dr. Ross takes his time and is very thorough. The office is very pleasant. Dr. Ross sees my elderly parents and takes great care of them also. We would definitely recommend Horizon Family Medicine.

Horrible physician! Very argumentative and defensive when questioned, slow to make appropriate referrals, and consistently demonstrates lack of empathy and compassion. I would not let him treat my dog.

I have gone to Dr. Ross for several years. I find him knowledgeable and willing to listen to me. He is a one man office which I like. I have known several Doctors who were fired by the big groups around here for spending too much time with patients, I have never felt rushed with Dr. Ross. I have recommended several persons to him.

If you are healthy overall and only need yearly physicals, this is the doctor for you. For chronic or serious health issues, go elsewhere.
This doctor cancels appointments repeatedly, has no other doctor or PA that can cover and the majority of his office staff is rude. I have zero confidence in his commitment to his patients.

I would not recommend Dr. Ross to anyone. He does not listen AT ALL. He is argumentative and does not care about his patients. His staff is very lacking also. I was forgotten in an examining room, it took 2.5 months to get my diabetic medicine refilled due to laziness on the part of one of the nurses, and they forgot for 4 months to schedule a test I needed. It is no wonder there is never anyo e else in the waiting room and the parking lot is mostly empty during the day.

Dr Ross is my Mother's physician. He has really helped her with her health. I appreciate him and the time and attention he gives her. She is in her 80's.

I feel he spends plenty of time with us. My husband and I go together. I never feel rushed like I do at the bone spcialist.
