Dr. Charles C. Smith, III, graduated from the University of Louisville in Kentucky in 1983. He completed his Fellowship in Internal Medicine in 1986 and in Pulmonary/Critical Care in 1988 from Louisiana State University.  Dr. Smith joined Internal Medicine Specialists in 1988.
