Dr. Charles Stoner, MD

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Dr. Stoner and his office. Unauthorized medical tests were conducted during my visit without my knowledge or consent. These tests were neither explained to me as necessary nor discussed beforehand. To make matters worse, I was billed for these tests, and my insurance was charged as well. When I called the office to address this issue, I was met with hostility and combative responses from the staff. Rather than offering to resolve the situation or provide clarity, they immediately threatened to send me to collections if I didn’t pay. This aggressive approach was unprofessional and only added to my frustration. Patients deserve clear communication and transparency, especially regarding their medical care and financial obligations. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling taken advantage of and deeply dissatisfied. I cannot recommend Dr. Stoner’s practice to anyone seeking a respectful and ethical healthcare provider.

Appointment for wart removal from a foot. Dr. Stoner took liberty to code visit as a wellness exam. No bloodwork drawn, no screenings, no exam of breast or pelvic area. Staff was rude when I called and asked the visit be coded to represent what the appt. was made for. I don't believe what was done provided "wellness" of the patient. Staff refused to correct coding, wouldn't allow me to talk to Dr. Stoner. I said I would take business elsewhere, response was fine, we have enough business.

Dr. Charles Stoner is very nice and professional and so is his staff. They accommodated my request for physician clearance for my new employer even though I did my USCIS medical exam last 2016. They also gave it to me without extra fees and I even have to ask them to send it to me 3 times for some corrections and they graciously obliged. I am highly pleased with their service. I tell my Filipino friends to see Dr Stoner for their USCIS medical exams once they are requested by USCIS.

DR STONER IS ONE OF THE MOST RESPECTFUL PHYSICIANS THAT I KNOW. HE HAS A GREAT "BEDSIDE MANNER" AND REALLY , REALLY LISTENS. HE IS ONE OF THE LAST COMPETENT DOCTORS THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS. I HAVE AND WILL ALWAYS TRUST HIM BECAUSE HE HAS NEVER GIVEN ME ANY NONSENSE ANSWERS TO ANY OF MY QUESTIONS. WITH THAT BEING SAID, I JUST WANTED TOBE CLEAR THAT EVEN THOUGH HE DOESN'T BEAT AROUND THE BUSH - HE ALSO ISN'T RUDE WITH HIS ANSWERS OR EXPLAINATIONS, HE IS ACTUALLY QUITE EMPATHETIC.
