Dr. Sung is a dedicated person. He has helped me through my eye disease, calling me late at night, helped refer me to another surgeon as his team was unavailable. Dr. Sung is a kind man and his right hand person Maria is highly skilled as well. They answered all of my questions pre-op and post-op. All of his front end staff were pleasant and professional. I would refer this office to my friends and relatives.

I am thankful for Dr. Sung for many reasons. He has helped preserve my vision, at least what is left of it after many years of poorly controlled diabetes. I always look forward to coming into the office and seeing Dr. Sung and the staff. The front desk if very welcoming, the assistants are pleasant and Dr. Sung always makes me feel like an important guest.

He is very curt with mom, doesn't explain things well. We prefer Dr. Lee in this office. But the wait times are horrible and the support staff are very young and inexperienced.

This place was horrible and that was an understatement. I had 1 visit and it took almost 4 hours from start to finish with this being my 1st and last appt there. I ended up with an eye infection a few days later which was in my opinion from the machines and unsanitary way the business was run. They lost me and then found me several times as you are moved from hall to hall like a herd of cattle. It was horrifying! I spoke to doc for only about 5 min with no answers for what I went there for.

This place is terrible...my father's typical wait is 2.5hrs ...last wait was 3hrs...they move people like cattle. The equipment in antique...printers on the floor...power strips to run equipment. Just awful. Next time we will use Pacific Lazer.

The staff is very helpful. It's very difficult to understand Dr.Sung. Wait times are an hour or longer. Equipment is dated.

He helped me with the control of my macular situation. The office staff as a whole are very trained in what ever of their position. Dr. Sung makes it easy to understand what needs to be done and what to expect of the procedure.
