Dr. Charles Sweet, MD

We have used Dr. Sweet in the past and he had done a reasonable job for us, if perhaps not always with as much attention as we would have liked. We left him because he was no longer on our insurance. Our insurance changed recently and he is on our plan again. As we needed a new provider I reached out to his office. The office worker I spoke with indicated that we needed to apply as a new patient and that we had to fill out a request online. I did so and had to wait several days. When I was finally contacted, I was told that he was, in fact, not accepting new patients. Essentially a week was wasted for no reason and now I have to continue finding a provider.

Over the past year I have been very impressed with Dr. Sweet because he takes the time to listen to the problems and concerns before diagnosing how to treat my son. He is refreshingly thorough and does not rush the appointment at all which makes my son feel valued and cared for. Dr. Sweet is very knowledgeable and takes whatever time is needed to explain the answers to my questions with compassion, empathy and understanding.
