Terrible. - Nov 13 Approximately 3 PM Sunday Nov 13 Coppens called VA triage and left message for Dr Taylor regarding recurrence of blood in urine. Coppens requested referral to Urology as soon as possible, due to history of Kidney Stones. (Subsequently Coppens experienced severe pain in the vicinity of the kidneys for several days, and apparently passed a kidney stone with no medical care given.)

In 2010 I was treated successfully by two VA Dr.s for a kidney stone. When it recurred in 2011, VA assigned me to a new primary care physician, Dr. Charles A. Taylor. All Taylor had to do is see me and refer me to Albers. Taylor refused to see me for 2 weeks, and I had to pass a kidney stone without VA medical attention.
