Excellent !
I randomly googled a DR.in my area his name came up, called the front desk was so service oriented and then seeing him was a great experience. He was more then I expected. I highly recommend him.

I was told that I was the 1st patient of the day for a very simple follow up visit. I waited 30 minutes and I come to find that he is seeing another patient. The doctor clearly does not value people's time period I am not a doctor who can just decide when I want to work. I would not go to this office at any point in time. I told them they can keep my co-pay and left.

Dr. Tsakrios is a very knowledgeable doctor. His staff has been very helpful and patient with me regarding my cataract surgery. The office manager even found coupons online to reduce the price of my eye drops. My entire family goes there and we are all very please. My granddaughter said they are always giving her contacts samples until her order comes in. Outstanding office!

I like the doctor, but the office staff is EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful. The dr asked me to see a specialist, then see him after that appointment. When I asked the staff how I would know if he had received the results from the other dr, they said, "Oh, you won't". I will not be going back.

Options mentioned but not fully explained. Questions were not very welcomed and usually received very short answers, some in conflict with what was previously said. Found myself going to outside sources for answers, all of which I mentioned at the time. Made no difference. Felt like I was on an assembly line with a very fast moving conveyor belt.

I had brought my daughter for a contact lens prescription. Ordering the contacts through Dr. Tsakrios is very expensive. I decided to order through 1800contacs. I called Dr. Tsakrios' office asking them to read the the numbers on the prescription because I couldn't understand the handwriting (from their office on them). They refused to tell me what it said because I wasn't ordering them through them. I asked for the office manager but the person I spoke to refused to.
