I have been Dr Chang's patient for over 4 years. I have been very pleased with the care I have received from him. He is very through in reviewing my lab reports, explaining them to me and discussing treatment options. He always makes sure I understand treatment objective and takes time to answer all of my questions.

Professional receptionists and nursing staff, and and a excellent caring, professional and extremely knowledgeable, smart, doctor Charlie Chang that lived up to his recommendation from my heart doctor Dr. Nugyn and I recommend the entire organization.

I have been Dr. CHANG's patient for over 10 years. He is familiar with my history and visits run smoothly. Dr. Chang has me go to the lab a week prior to the appointment so he has the blood panel reading to discuss at the time of my visit. He takes the time to explain all the results answer all my questions in a way they are understood. The office sends email reminders for blood draws and scheduled appointments. He and his staff is very friendly and patient with nervous Nellie's like me.

I have been seeing Dr. Chang for about 6 years and I would recommend him to anyone who has thyroid/ high blood pressure/ diabetes issues. Dr. Chang is caring and knows his stuff. Dr. Chang Treats you like a human and listens to you. I trust him with my health completely. I have had health issues and Dr. Chang was on vacation at the time and Dr. Chang took the time out on his vacation to answered and fix my health issues. He is a dedicated hard working Doctor even checked my issue on a Sunday once.

I have been seeing Dr. Chang since 2012. I have never had to wait more than a very few minutes to see him. He greets me by my name, remembers what problems I’ve had in the past and knows what medication I am taking. Maybe he looks this all up on my chart before he comes into the examining room, but that’s ok with me. I do not like doctors who come with no idea who I am or what I’m there for. Dr. Chang makes me feel like he is truly interested in my health. I would recommend him VERY highly.

Dr. Chang takes his time to explain everything in simple English so even a dope like me can completely understand what he is saying. He doesn't use the medical language that a lot of us don't understand. He has great bedside manners!

DrCharles Chang is extremely knowledgeable in his field!
I would highly recommend DrChang!
He identified life-threatning issue; and was corrected via surgery by proper specialist.
DrChang listens; identifies issues; and explains matters very well.

Dr. Chang is very interested in his patients overall health. He spends as much time as you need. He never rushes you. He answers all questions. Recently, I went to see him for a routine visit. I explained my problems, unrelated to his specialty, and he told me to go to the ER as soon I left his office. I did and was admitted to the hospital. I really feel confident in his skills and knowledge. I would highly recommend him.

Follow thrugh on electronic scripts is abysmal. On my last two visits I have had to make special efforts to get my new scrips or new ones filled. It is now four days after my last office visit and I have not received the last two new prescriptions.

Most caring physician and always takes time to listen to the patient. For those that have complained about scheduling, sorry he is worth the wait have your physician call to get you seen faster. The office staff is extremely caring and professional. They have a patient portal if the phones are busy. Quality physician and person. I would highly recommend. You will leave the office with a plan and not frustrated. I drive from the other side of town to see him.
