Everyone was nice. The Dr shook my hand and really explained what was going on with me and the best steps moving forward. She looked me in my eyes and was extremely knowledgeable about other medical issues I have. The Xray tech was also courteous and gave me time to get off the table in a way that wouldn't cause me pain. Everyone was great.

For a first visit figuring out parking, finding a parking space, walking across the street, and finding the office inside the building was confusing and stressful. On the way out another patient pointed out the walkway over the street to the garage. If there is parking information and directions to the practice in the building we didn't see it and it wasn't information provided with this initial appointment. If such information could be linked it would make first visits less stressful. The parking garage voucher was appreciated.

Dr Orr is absolutely AMAZING! I can not say enough good things about her. She's an outstanding surgeon with wonderful communication skills. Yesterday at my appointment she went over my initial scans showing me all my brakes, then she went over the scans taken while I was there. She explained all the hardware in both legs and explained to me about my bone density and how I had none. She listened to me and took action right away. I would never want another orthopedic surgeon to operate on me again. I will be telling everyone looking for an orthopedic surgeon that they need to see her and they would never have to search for an Great surgeon again!
