Dr. Charmaine M. Blair has provided me the kind of care I didn’t think was still realistic. She treats with care, professionalism and is thorough. Dr. Blair takes the time to explain “the why” which has lead me to make very responsible and necessary health decisions I would not have made without the discussion and explanation. Her knowledge and style are assets to anyone fortunate enough to be her patient. I am so grateful to be in her care.

Dr. Blair is extremely knowledgeable, caring and effective. She has provided answers about complex health issues that other family physicians have not been able to provide. There’s never a long wait. And her very capable staff is always pleasant.

Dr. Blair was referred to me by a friend and I have been extremely happy with my decision to partner with her to manage my health. I come to my appointments with a list of topics to discuss and every time, Dr. Blair proactively discusses everything on my list before I bring them up! She also spends all the time I need discussing any new issues; I never feel that she is rushing me to get to the next patient. If you are looking for a doctor who is very thorough and sees and hears you, I highly recommend Dr. Blair.

I have been Dr Blair's patient for many years now and she always seems to understand she always explains I've never had any problems with her.

Dr Blair was my doctor a day too long! She was nice at first but seemed cold thereafter. She spent the entire appointment going over family history instead of focusing on the current problem. I asked for her to look at a condition on my back. She flipped my shirt and stated...oh, it's nothing! And walked out of the room. I was told if I needed prescription refills I would need to make an appointment. I couldn't call in. Her telehealth appointments are handled by physician's assistants. Over the course of several months I needed monthly appointments that could be handled by Telehealth. They made me wait 2 to 3 HOURS before they would come online for the appointment! Come to find out they were seeing in office patients and just 'Fitting in' the online patients. I had enough and switched doctors within COPC. Don't get me started on them!

She has historically accepted state, county, city or related governmental employees.

Thorough, timely and list of all caring. Dr Blair has been my physician foot over 18 years. Love the location and the reception area is calming. Front desk personnel very professional, also felt very cared for by extended staff and personnel.

I would highly recommend this physician. I am passing along her information to my local family and friends. I’m a new patient to this practice. Dr. Blair was truly a breathe of fresh air. She established an immediate comfort level and rapport with me. She was thorough, leaving no stones unturned in terms of my health. She was super professional. I felt totally comfortable asking questions. She took her time to explained things. I did not feel rushed. I felt heard and like I mattered. This is huge for me. I appreciate her warm demeanor. In the time we’re living in, it’s so nice to receive such a high level of care from start to finish. Her staff was just as warm as she is. They’re all very organized, timely and also very professional.

Dr. Blair provided decent care from a clinical standpoint but her bedside manner is subpar. I never felt heard during during our Tele health visits and on one occasion I was told I needed to hurry up with my questions because she had other patients to see (this was only 8 minutes into a Tele health appointment). I had/have a complex case and she got me the appropriate referrals. However 2 of these referrals were 2nd opinions and they arrived at the same conclusions Three months in and I was in the same position as when I came to her. She blamed all symptoms on anxiety. If anything she increased my anxiety by the “ it’s all in my head” mentality. She released me from her care without appropriate referral for a new physician. I would not recommend her to and friends or family.

Dr. Blair is very thorough and stays on top of preventative care!

Dr Blair is competent and takes an interest in her patients and their total well being. Sometimes she seems rushed; therefore does not give the patient sufficient time. Office staff is friendly but turnover seems high.

Dr. Blair is an outstanding doctor and a remarkable person! She is so attentive and extremely knowledgeable. Our quality of care by her is impeccable. When my husband was very ill, Dr. Blair made sure every possible need was taken care of; day, night, weekends; lt didn’t matter, she was always there and in contact with all the family. In this difficult time with so many who have fallen ill, it is a blessing to have such a magnificent physician as our Dr. Charmaine Blair. . We are so grateful to have her.

Absolutely love Dr. Blair, she's the best doctor that I have ever had. Dr. Blair takes time to get to know me and to get an accurate family history so that she knows what to keep an eye out for. Dr. Blair never assumrs anything without running the proper test. she's very thorough and cares a lot about her patients.
