I first saw Dr Ranasinghe a couple years ago for a back issue. I couldn’t be happier. I am out of pain. She was caring listened to me, explained the procedure. I went to see her again recently for neck pain same experience, very kind very patient. It must be very difficult to be patient to people that are in pain and she she was remarkably kind. Again, my neck pain has been eliminated. I couldn’t be happier she’s the best.

I traveled from out of state to see Dr Ranasinghe because she provided me with relief 18 months ago which was the last time I suffered this pain. She used effective and noninvasive treatments, ordered appropriate tests and medicine while being cautious of unnecessary steroids and addictive medicines. My condition is more complicated than 18 months ago and I will certainly will continue my care with Dr Ranasinghe.

I had head and neck pain that brought me tears. My family doctor recommended Dr. Ranasinghe. In a teleconference appointment, Dr. R. Listened to my symptoms, Read my MRI and explained the problem in terms I could understand. She prescribed medications and within days I was almost pain free. Her staff is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Ranasinghe

I am very grateful to Dr. Ranasinghe. I went to her with crippling back pain. Miraculously she alleviated the pain and in a short time I was pain free.

I was unable to walk freely and in excruciating pain. Surgeons wanted to operate to relieve a herniated disc. A friend recommended Dr. Ranasinghe and I was fortunate to see her within a week of calling. She was able to relieve my pain 100%. I went from being practically immobilized by pain to golfing and going to the gym 3 times a week. Painfree!!! She and her entire staff are caring, professional, and the best at what they do.

Tried to get an appointment earlier this month and got it. Got a call 10 minutes after my appointment that the doctor had to go to the hospital, that’s fine, things happen. They rescheduled me to half way through the month. I show up half way through and apparently the receptionist forgot to input the appointment. I ask when the next next appointment from my original one can be since the first 2 somehow didn’t work out. She says “Oh you won’t talk to me like that!! Are you here trying to get drugs?” in a derogatory tone all because I said next next appointment. Very rude considering it was obviously the same lady I talked to over a week ago. As a professional just own up to it and don’t give me the rude take to cover up your mistake. If only making an appointment was as easy as taking the patients name and time down like I imagine it is.

Dr. Ranasinghe is the first doctor I've met that I truly feel can keep me as active as possible with complex health challenges. She approaches my issues with patience. She reviews the black and white facts on paper with MRI results +++ and combines that information with what I can articulate what is happening within my body that doesn't want to keep up with my desires to stay fit on the tennis court and more. Thank you Dr. Ranasinghe and your staff. Sadly, I think we'll be spending a lot of time together.

I don’t usually take the time and give recommendations, but Dr. Chaturani Ranasinghe certainly deserves one! After being recommended to her from my general practitioner, I had been advised that I should consider surgery on my back. After four visits seeing Dr. Ranasinghe, I am pain free from her treatments! The opportunity of having someone with the knowledge like Dr. Ranasignhe has in a small town like Naples versus a big city, is rare.
