Dr. Chelsea Ching-Endow, MD

Dr. Ching is highly professional and efficient. At the same time, shows compassion and a sense of humor. She listens to patient input. I went in for something potentially serious: temporary local paralysis. She did immediate tests, went over them with me in minutes, and made a diagnosis and recommendations. The entire time I felt like I was in good hands. I'm lucky that her office is so close - and they have excellent on-site X-ray etc.

After fainting from a botched blood draw, I was told to "eat a piece of candy and find an empty room". Wondering the hallway, I began to throw up. After finding a room, I was given a trash can and left alone. I continued to get sick and waited several minutes for help. I started wandering the hallway. Going back into the room I was unable to find hand towels to wipe my face. Feeling abandoned, neglected, and afraid for my safety I walked out of the office never being told to wait. I was only called 7 hours later and told "my office is not an emergency room." Both Dr Ching-Endow and her staff failed to provide medical service, customer service and ALOHA!

Dr. Ching Endow is a doctor with passion for her profession. She doesn't care about the "trappings" of a fancy office, etc., but, more about the well-being of her patients. She is thorough, see's right through anyone's nonsense and truly works with her patients to ensure they receive the care they need. She is an excellent listener and remembers patients and their issues in great detail. She is smart, thorough and efficient. I would recommend Dr. Ching Endow to anyone.

Dr. Ching Endow is my favorite doctor. She listens, asks questions, and offered solutions to help me navigate and coordinate with my healthcare providers from my home town while I was living in Hawaii for one year.

Very, very pleased and fortunate to have her as my primary care physician. She has a 100% batting average for effectively addressing all of my health issues in the 7 years I have been her patient. When an emergency arises, her office has always been able to fit in a same day appointment. Similar to other reviewers, I always feel like she is 100% attentive to my individual health needs during appointments. I’ll be her patient as long as I live (since I am “much” older than her - LOL).

Dr. Chelsea is truly wonderful. She is so caring, easy to talk to and really listens. She's very thorough and extremely competent and Follows up. She feels like a personal friend. This May Bev odd to say, but I always get a lift when I see her. I can't say enough good things about her. Oh, if you care about a fancy office, she may not be your pick. She cares about treating people of all kinds and in all economic circumstances. The office is fine but basic. Lab right there -- very convenient.
