Dr. Chelsea Dalfrey, DO

A complete waste of my time. I did a telemedicine visit with Dr Dalfrey a few days before a recent trip to Europe. The visit lasted less than 5 minutes. She seemed uninterested in helping me and gave the impression she was irritated with having to discuss my URI symptoms with me. In the end she provided no help and no relevant medical recommendations. I highly recommend finding another provider.

Wish I could leave zero stars. I went to her because my normal doctor is out of office. I have a really bad cold that I feel is turning into bronchitis. She spent MAYBE 3 MINUTES IN TOTAL WITH ME! Told me colds are lasting 3-4 weeks now. UM WHAT?!?!?! Then NO medications were prescribed. Just suggestions for nasal spray and otc meds. When I asked what kind otc meds she said oh whatever works, and throughout one suggestion. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! Do better doc!!!!

I recently had an appointment with my primary care doctor (Dr. Dalfrey), and I have to say, I was really let down. It felt like my concerns weren’t heard at all. I went in hoping for a thorough discussion about my symptoms and potential treatment options, but instead, the doctor seemed rushed and only focused on prescribing medications.I appreciate the need to address health issues quickly, but I wanted more than just a quick fix. I didn’t feel like my input was valued, and I left the office feeling more confused than when I arrived. It’s frustrating to feel like I’m just another number instead of a patient with unique concerns.I hope to find a doctor who takes the time to listen and engage with my health needs rather than just handing out prescriptions. If you’re looking for a doctor who prioritizes patient care, I wouldn’t recommend this one. She's HORRIBLE!

When speaking with Dr. Dalfrey, she appeared very intimidated. I spoke with her about a medication she knew very little about! Once challenged, she became very defensive. Said she had been trying to call me multiple times that day! She didn't!! I had been home all day answering every call. She literally just hung up on me! So unprofessional. She said she had been practicing for 10 years, but her biography says 3! She's very young and VERY inexperienced!! Definitely would not recommend to anyone!!

This provider is as sweet as can be, but please do not trust her with your health needs. Very non-empathetic, does not listen to your concerns, does not review your medical history and prescribes medication with no explanation and just comes in and type on her computer and leave. Unfortunately, my last provider received an opportunity elsewhere and I selected Dalfrey thinking that she would show the same empathy as my last PCP. I have concerns that are left unheard and I feel as though she does not even know me on a physical or mental level. I have to schedule appointments and ask for blood work. Most recently, I received bloodwork and some of my levels were elevated, she simply prescribed medication, and in the same breath said “all labs are normal” well, if all labs are normal, what is the medicine for? Then, there’s no follow up to discuss whether or not the medicine you’re prescribing is working, not to mention, I have high levels of anxiety, better medication was denied!

Unwilling to listen to or communicate with patients. Cancels appointments for no reason. Doesn’t seem like she really even cares about helping her patients

I am 61 and have seen several PCP. She is the best!! Her knowledge and manner are 5 stars. I have a lot of complicated illnesses and she was not put off by it. Dr. Dalfrey showed me so much respect!
