Exceptional experience
I had to search high and low for a dermatologist who can truly understand African American hair. I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Quinn. It would have been phenomenal to not have to travel as far to seek treatment for my hair loss. I truly wish that Dr. Quinn was in a location facility that supports her ability to those that can benefit from the quality services that she provides and treats. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and valued. Dr. Quinn provided excellent service, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and expertise. She took the time to listen to my concerns about my hair loss, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. What truly stood out was her genuine care and authenticity. Dr. Quinn made me feel like more than just a patient, treating me with kindness and respect. I genuinely appreciate the outstanding care provided and would highly recommend Dr. Quinn to anyone.

Rude and Not Responsive
I don't like to post negative reviews but, in this case, I felt it necessary. If you are looking for a caring doctor, move on. Dr. Quinn was incredibly rude and cocky. She came in the room and didn't even say hello. I told her my primary doctor sent me to get a biopsy and he recommended samples from 2 separate areas of my leg. Dr. Quinn immediately snapped at me and said, 'We're the Dermatology Department and we'll tell you want you need.' I knew right there she was going be a problem but I needed her help. And, another time, when I messaged her on the KP app, she didn't have the courtesy to respond. Her office called me over a month after I sent my message and asked if I still needed help. NEVER AGAIN!

Dr. Quinnn was dismissive and reactive to my concerns/requests. She said she has NEVER had a patient that tested positive for what I said I had, She prescribed me other medication based on what she thought it was. Turned out, my concerns were valid and my lab results came out positive. When I messaged her about what steps next because now I’m in a bigger predicament. She never replied.
