We had an appointment with Dr. Cheng for my son’s fever and he is the most thorough pedestrian I’ve ever met. He takes the time to sit down and explain and even drew us a picture of what’s causing an ear infection!

Took our newborn to Dr. Cheng. We like his pleasant demeanor in explaining issues. He seems truly concerned for his patient. We were a little agitated on the first visit because the wait was long, but only to find out that it's because he spends alot of time with his patients, which is great. We don't want a doctor who rushes. Once we understood that, then we just expect to wait each time we see him.
