Dr. Cheor Kim, MD

The absolute worst. To start, the office never answers the phone. During my first visit he spent the first 25 minutes entering in information into his computer that was completely irrelevant to my reason for going. (Like my address and marital status) he didn’t ask me any questions about my medical history. I felt rushed out and the receptionist had to tell him how to do his job and sent us back into his office so he could get more information about my health history. I had to explain to him that there are autoimmune diseases that can affect the brain and he didn’t know about that and starts Googling them right in front of me. Then he gives me an order for an MRI that wasn’t filled out all the way and when I could finally reach the office to ask to fax it in, they said they already did and they would send it again, but it was never faxed. I was never able to get the MRI. This office is so poorly operated and I will never be returning. Waste of time and money.

Appointment at 9 and not seen until 11 am. He has a new office and is very disorganized. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. We will see a new neurologist who actually has their office and adequate patient care.
