She had to be the worst provider that I have ever had. When I arrive for my first appointment she was not there and I had not been called to reschedule after taking the time off work. When I did manage to get another appointment her assistant was rude and she was cold and dismissive. I had to repeat my medication multiple times because of the dismissiveness. She was supposed to give me a referral I have yet to receive that referral months later. When I needed a refill for my medication it was wrong since it was not put in correctly. Clearly, I will not be going back there.

I went to see Dr Belle today and had to leave a review because I was worried about other reviews I saw. She wasn’t one of those doctors that sits there and makes jokes/lighten humor but she was thorough and intelligent and that’s ultimately what matters. I was very anxious going in there and I felt she was listening to me and taking the time to figure out what was wrong.

I had my first visit with Dr. Belle today. She was wonderful. Very calm, caring and helpful. I have been avoiding the doctor for many, many years and I am so grateful that I found her to be my PCP. The only negative I can say is the wait time but I guess all doctors are like that. The entire staff was very kind. I highly recommend.

Very unprofessional. Had an appointment and received a call within hours of my appointment stating Dr Belle would be out of office and I need to reschedule. When you take time off from work for dr appt and only given hours of cancellation very inconsiderate. When making another appt I was on hold for at least 10 minutes.

I had an appointment at 3:30pm. I sat in the virtual waiting room until 4:30pm before giving up and leaving and calling to let them know the situation. Then at 5pm I received a call for "triage" an HOUR AND A HALF after the appointment was supposed to START. She also refused to continue my medications I was already taking and was not very informative at all during our previous (2) visits.

She is the worst doctor I seen in my life she is hard to get a follow up or get a refill for a new prescription and on top of that almost a year they still billing me for the same even that my insurance already payed them and even they admit they made the mistake still billing me and wasting my time on the phone dealing with a collection company who agrees to is not my fault that they can’t file the payment. I will never go back to this building or see the doctor again

I’ve seen a lot of doctors.... And I mean a LOT. I have been diagnosed with over ten different conditions and see specialists all across Richmond. It was suggested that even though I see an abundance of specialists that I should have a PCP as well. She has been my PCP for roughly a year and I’ve see her on three occasions, all of which were horrible. She is unprofessional, condescending and rude. I had been having really terrible anxiety attacks which I thought were induced by my smoking cessation, but recently discovered it was due to endocrine issues. When I went in the last time she ended up being so terrible to me that she sent me into a panic attack. As I was bawling crying and couldn’t calm myself, she threw more fuel onto the fire by saying that I must be verbally abusive to my loved ones. I am reporting her to the medical board. I’m sure it won’t get her license taken, but she doesn’t deserve one. I don’t know how she even has a job after reading the rest of the reviews.

Dr.Belle,is very harsh and none carting towards me,from the very first visit she showed no concern no matter what I was saying to her.i was ecplaining to Dr.Belle about my symptoms and she just stood there in disbelief like it was a joke or as if I was making all of it up.she questioned me why was I here and I told her that I was not feeling well and said to me No what's the real reason why your here?I was shocked brushed it off thinking to just give her a chance.well my symptoms keept progressing and each time I was going in to see her she keept brushing me off.Dr.belle has given me meds before knowing what was the problem with out test,,and it made my stomah swell up and when I went back she had no concern what so ever..along with that she never calls or wanna discuss your test results she tells me we will get to that but never do.i would talk about things with Dr.Belle trusting her as my physician but for 2 months straight I found out that every thing I've been explaining to her was

Dr. Belle was very thorough with me at her new location. She took my file home and talked to me over the phone twice. She researched. Information over the weekend just th o help me. The staff behind the window could use some serious help on "how to be a professional".

Wait time was very long both in the waiting room and the exam room, about 45 minutes each. Receptionists are unprofessional. The receptionists demanded payment upfront, before even stepping foot in the exam room and refused to provide me with an itemized bill. The receptionists also pocketed my payments claiming it "went towards my insurance deductible" yet when I contacted insurance they had only reported one payment even though I had made at 8 payments, and the rest of my deductible was paid for by my parents (I was on their insurance plan at the time). I really wish I had taken legal action against her and her practice. I had ample evidence to do so. I was a young college student and didn't know any better.

Even though Dr. Belle is a great doctor she doesn't have good personal skill, not a very friend person. She come over as a harsh, rash, non caring person. She seems like she just wants to get you in and out of her office. The thing is as a doctor she needs to have a little more compassion as a doctor.

I found my experience to be superior in this day and age where Doctor's seem to be more focused on statistics/metrics. Since when did online information provide more information about my health than a hands on look, questions about how I feel and digging deep to find out if I'm holding any information back. All of which I could be considered to be guilty of. The last doctor I visited in the Bon Seccours system new exactly what was wrong with me without having spent more than about 5 actual mi

I absolutely LOVE Dr.Belle! She is an awesome MD. She never makes you feel silly, or dumb for asking questions about your personal health. She always go out her way to try to educate you on what is wrong, or what might be the best options for you. She doesn't just throw diagnoses at you without explaining it thoroughly. She is the only MD I have ever been to that actually listened and took my health seriously. Would definitely recommend her if you want someone real and down to earth.
