Dr. Gibson is thee ABSOLUTE BEST at what she does! She is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, CARING, COMPASSIONATE and STRAIGHT FORWARD! She will always hold a special place in the hearts of my family ??

Dr. Fountain diagnosed me and treated me for a prolapsed bladder and vagina when no one else would. She is always compassionate and professional. She treats me with respect. Her office staff however needs to improve their customer service skills, except for LaShay who is equally compassionate and respectful.

The staff professionalism is terrible. They sound annoyed and rude over the phone, the only pleasant one is Lashay. For someone wanting to be a patient there for the duration of their pregnancy, you want it to be a good one. After calling for 3 days just to schedule an appointment, I was turned away OVER THE PHONE because I mentioned having thyroid issues. If I would’ve had a consultation with the doctor she would’ve known it wasn’t really an issue. But I was told to go elsewhere. Staff is boooo

This is by far the worst doctor’s office I have ever dealt with. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was experiencing complications during my pregnancy, I left multiple voicemails and never received a call back, the staff was too lazy to request my medical records from the hospital and wouldn’t even schedule an emergency appointment. The bedside manner and professionalism of this office isn’t horrible.

Dr. Fountain is an excellent physician. I was referred to her by a friend and she went above and beyond to care for me. I highly recommend her.

This is the worst office I have been to. Not to mention, the staff and the doctor are the worst that I have been treated by. Now, I will admit, I was 5 or 6 minutes late for my appointment. I got stuck in traffic and I should have pulled over to call in that I would be late. I apologized profusely and was still seen, after the other appointments that were on time. Waited 2 hours and NEVER got to see the doctor had to walk out. A hour in the waiting room from appointment time and a hour in a room just to shut me up. NOT once did anyone apologize for my wait. Multiple people in the waiting room were upset with their wait also. Being my first visit they should have focused on leaving a good impression ESPECIALLY if they want me to count on them for my pregnancy! I did not reschedule and will NOT be using this doctor. FIRST IMPRESSIONS MEAN EVERYTHING!

This has been the worst experience at a Dr.'s office in my life. I made my appointment about a month ago. My appointment was at 11:15 am. I was called to the room at 1:15 pm!! Yes folks, 2 hours from when my appointment was. I am currently sitting in the exam room and have been here for one hour without seeming the Dr. What is wrong with this picture??? I held up my end of the deal. I got here 15 minutes before my appointment, I have full insurance and all my paperwork is in order. Never again
