Dr. Lopez has been my doctor for several years. She is so incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. She really listens and is so incredibly gentle and empathetic. As someone who is also in healthcare, I can vouch that Dr. Lopez is incredibly knowledgable and really knows her stuff.

I LOVE Dr. Lopez. I've been seeing her for nearly 20 years. That being said, Wendy/receptionist, is the reason I am now searching for a new doctor. I can't do her anymore. She's difficult to talk to. She tries to predict what you'll say, so it keeps me repeating myself. She seems very unorganized and can be abrupt at times. With this COVID-19 crap going on, I'm leary of going "anywhere" especially for an office visit, because I have underlying health issues, already. But, I can't get Wendy to understand WHAT I'm trying to relay to her, without her talking all over me. Then, I'm expected to PAY for a conference call that may result in me needing to come in ANYWAY?! That's ridiculous. I'm on disability and can't afford to go in, but WILL if I need to, but not PAY for a phone call, too. I am so disappointed in this office right now. The language barrier with Wendy doesn't help, either. Reluctantly, I AM searching for a new PC physician right now. This sucks, but I can't do it anymore!!

Dr. Lopez has been my Dr. for many years. I love her..Office staff is incompetent...Every time they call in a script, it has to be called in twice...I am having kidney problems and have an appt with kidney Dr. They called her office twice and requested my records for the appt..Her staff said they would send them both times but didn't..Now I am going to lose my appt...Thank you very much for your grief with my illness which is serious...Time for me to move on...

5 stars for Dr. Lopez!! Dr. Lopez is great. Very kind and really listens. Her medical assistants are also very attentive. Her medical receptionist is unorganized, abrupt, and today she was very rude to me. I will no longer have Dr. Lopez as my primary care physician because of her receptionist. I have over looked the receptionist's behavior for 3 times now over the past 2 years. No longer. The front office is completely unorganized with charts and papers everywhere and I'm sure it's from the lack of effort of her front office staff. I am very disappointing because I like Dr. Lopez, but not enough to be shrilled at for no reason.

She is easy to talk too. I’ve been going to her for awhile. She spends time with you & takes the time to explain things to you. I would recommend her, a very good Doctor.

1. It was difficult to make an appointment. I left a message and took her 3 days to call back. 2. I waited 75 minutes to see this doctor this morning. While I was waiting, I asked the lady sat next to me about her experience on this doctor. She said it was her first visit too and her appointment was also 9am. So, this doctor double booked!!! 3. No apologies for the wait. Went out 3 times during 15 mins consultation. Terrible!! Waste of time!! Not care about patient! Never go back!!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I went to see Dr. Lopez for a physical and requested routine medication refills. The day after my appointment, the pharmacy still had not received the electronic rx. I called the office and was told that I would need to come in again that week to get my rx, for them to charge my insurance yet again. I have called almost daily for my medication and lab results for 2 weeks and have never received a return call. Find another doctor.
