Her time is more valuable than yours
My child had a 9:30 appt. We were there at 9:15. We were triaged in our car by phone, then was allowed to come in. We went through the initial exam with the nurse. At 10, we still hadn't been seen. I stepped out of the room to see what the delay was. I was told that the doctor was finishing with a patient and will be right in. At 10:15, 45 mins after our appt time, we still had not seen the doctor. We left. On the way out, the doctor was in the next exam room, no patient, on the computer. If you expect your patients to be on time, then have the same respect for their time as well. I understand that emergencies do arise, but this was far from that.

Dr. Manning and her staff are great! Our kids always enjoy their visits with her. She answers all of our questions and always takes the appropriate time for evaluations. She also works with parents to find the best possible solutions.

Doctor and staff are always wonderful, pleasant, extremely helpful and reassuring, and always spend an adequate amount of time with us. Our visits never feel rushed, and we always leave with all our questions answered.
